What is the best breakfast cereal for all round nutritional value? - best low glycemic cereal

Good mix of protein / carbs. and fat, low sugar, low glycemic index, etc.

Cheerios ... Special K and other cereals are shaped too much sugar, bad carbs (carbohydrates Cheerios better) and hold more calories and not enough fiber-to-u in a good mood ...

Honey clusters of oats is soo tasty, but without sugar HONEY UMMM because honey is easily digested and the sugar is not !!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Crystal Balls maple frosting separately. Now also available in chocolate, too. Do not let the name fool you. It is very healthy! > :-)

NO breakfast cereal that gives you the protein you need.
Breakfast cereals are carbohydrates for most.
It is a nice midnight snack, but if you come too late.
