Has anyone used Viroxyn for cold sore on top of nose? - top of nose sore
I began to heat, tingling, itching at the tip of the nose and then started to develop blisters. I felt as if a wound on the lip, but I did not know you could be somewhere else before I started, researching on the Internet. Suggestions?

The preferential treatment of cold sores is a prescription medicine in tablet form as Valtrex. Be determined, it is for genital herpes, cold sores, but are of the same family caused by viruses, and Valtrex stops cold sores in their tracks. No other treatment approaches, the effectiveness of Valtrex, not the ointment Zovirax, and certainly not Abreva or anything else. Ask your doctor whether it would be a good candidate for this medication. My doctor had prescribed for cold sores about five years ago and after taking only a couple of times I hardly ever had a cold sore again, and before Valtrex I had several attacks per year. On the rare occasions when I wear a now vanished almost immediately when I drug --in one day. In the meantime, here are some informative links.
