High Protein Meal Plan What Are The Benefits And Disadvantages Of High Protein Diets?

What are the benefits and disadvantages of high protein diets? - high protein meal plan

So my friend and I are very active both individuals and about the same weight - that's a bit overweight. It would be stupid of us to die of hunger, because we do too much exercise, it would be physically and mentally hard to walk. So I came up with a plan, a diet rich in protein food. I have heard that it strengthens the muscles and high protein meals are more complete than you eat less. Is that true? What are the benefits? What are the disadvantages?
